Nick is an experienced commercial silk who has appeared in numerous superior court trials.  He is also regularly retained in significant and complex commercial arbitrations.  Nick has considerable appellate experience, including appearances in the High Court, the Victorian Court of Appeal and the Full Court of the Federal Court.

Nick has acted as counsel in numerous arbitrations since coming to the Bar, including many buildings and construction/engineering matters, covering the usual range of building disputes.  This includes acting for Toyo Engineering Corporation in its ICC arbitration against John Holland Construction & Engineering Corporation Ltd;  acting for Anaconda Operations in its two-part arbitration against Fluor Australia and acting for Origin Energy in the BassGas arbitration against Clough Engineering Ltd.  He has appeared in Vancouver, Singapore, London and Hong Kong as well as interstate.  He is currently retained in various domestic arbitrations.
