Defamation matter.  On appeal it was established that imputations were conveyed by the articles that the plaintiff was a brothel madam and further that those conveyed imputations were defamatory to the plaintiff.  Court’s previous decision re damages was set aside on the basis it was manifestly inadequate.  Damages were reassessed and awarded to the plaintiff.
