VIEW CASE

This case involved discovery.  Plaintiff considering suing the AFL and the Essendon Football Club for exposing him to risks to his health via the supplements program.  To bring the claim he needed to obtain information from them under certain categories.  It was established that in the interests of procedural justice the AFL only needed to produce those documents applicable to the Plaintiff.  The Club had already produced the documents requested of it.  Orders were made in part against the AFL; but not the Club.
