CONGRATULATIONS STUART MORRIS QC

In May this year, Stuart Morris QC was awarded the Richard J Evans Award by the Victorian Planning and Environmental Law Association for outstanding service to the industry.

The Victorian Planning and Environmental Law Association (VPELA) is a non political multi-disciplinary professional association, concerned with the planning, legal and environment fields.  The Association draws its membership from professions involved in the planning and environment  field.

VPELA introduced the Award of Merit in 1991 in recognition of outstanding service to the industry.  In 1993 this premier award was renamed the Richard J. Evans Award, in fond memory and acknowledgment of an individual who united an extremely well regarded professional reputation with exceptional ethical and moral standards, and who was held in high esteem within his profession and associated professions.  The Award is presented at the discretion of the VPELA Board.
