CONGRATULATIONS ALBERT DINELLI

Albert Dinelli has recently completed his D.Phil at the University of Oxford.  After completing his BCL in 2003-04, Albert commenced his doctoral thesis with the assistance of a Sir Robert Menzies Scholarship.  His thesis was in Conflict of Laws and was undertaken at Magdalen College under the supervision of Professor Adrian Briggs.  The thesis was entitled ‘Agreements on Jurisdiction and Choice of Law: The Quest for Certainty in the Resolution of International Commercial Disputes’
