David H Denton, S.C. practises in the commercial and appellate divisions of the Federal Court of Australia, the Supreme Courts in Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland and the Planning & Environment Court of Queensland.
He has a keen interest in arbitration and in all aspects of company law, shareholder disputes and Queensland planning matters and has appeared in many leading cases in these areas.
