Practice Profile:

Before coming to the Bar, Albert was Associate to the Hon. Murray Gleeson AC, Chief Justice of the High Court of Australia.

Albert completed his postgraduate studies at the University of Oxford in 2003-2005 as a Sir Robert Menzies Scholar, having earlier graduated from Monash University with first class honours in his undergraduate Law degree.

Albert previously practised as a solicitor at Mallesons Stephen Jaques in the dispute resolution group. He is currently a Senior Fellow at the University of Melbourne where he teaches Constitutional Law.
