Jonathon has a broad practice and is available to appear and advise in all areas in commercial, banking and finance, corporate and securities and constitutional law. Since coming to the Bar, Jonathon has appeared in a number of Supreme Court and High Court matters, as well as a major international commercial arbitration, and given numerous advices.
Jonathon was awarded the University Medal and was Australia's Menzies scholar to Harvard for 1998. He is a door tenant at the leading English commercial chambers of 3 Stone Buildings in London and New York (www.3sb.law.co.uk).
Before joing the Bar, Jonathon was a Senior Associate at the preeminent international banking and finance law firm, Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, in New York and Melbourne/Sydney from 1999-2005. He also served as associate to Chief Justice John Doyle AC, Supreme Court of South Australia from February 1997 to July 1998. He read with Christopher Caleo SC.
