Practice Profile:

Stephen practises in the Supreme and Federal Courts in most areas of commercial law.

Stephen's particular areas of interest include competition law, conflicts of laws, contracts, corporations, equity and trusts, joint ventures, mining and resources and restitution.

Prior to signing the Bar Roll in 2001, Stephen was a Senior Associate in the litigation department of Arthur Robinson and Hedderwicks. He has also previously been an associate to the Chief Justice of the Federal Court.
