Mark Derham has practised in the commercial litigation area as a barrister for 27 years. He is experienced in all facets of trial and appellate advocacy in the commercial/equity field, with particular reference to the Supreme Court of Victoria and the Federal Court of Australia.
Before being called to the Victorian Bar he was an Assistant Parliamentary Counsel, Canberra, an Associate to a High Court Judge and a Solicitor. He is a former Chairman of the Victorian Bar Council. |
