Tony Nolan SC has developed an extensive commercial practice in the Supreme and Federal Courts. Tony Nolan SC has a special interest in alternative dispute resolution. In 1995 he qualified as an accredited mediator. In 2006 he was accredited as an advanced accredited mediator. He is regularly appointed by the Judges of the Supreme Court to conduct mediations. Tony Nolan SC is highly regarded as a sports lawyer. He appears at arbitrations at the Court of Arbitration for Sport . He chairs selection disputes panels for various sports.
