| Stuart Morris QC is a leader in planning and environment law, with over 30 years experience. He took silk in 1991. Between April 2003 and May 2007 Stuart was a justice of the Supreme Court of Victoria. During most of this period he was also President of the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal. As a consequence, at the present time Stuart is not available to accept briefs to appear in these jurisdictions, although he can give advice about such matters. |
