Dan practises in administrative law, regulatory/pecuniary penalty litigation, commercial disputes and class actions.
Dan acts for and against Commonwealth and State Ministers, departments and agencies/regulators in public law litigation. He has particular expertise in ASIC matters, as well as in competition law and consumer protection trials and appeals (both for and against the ACCC) and between private parties.
Dan’s practice is broad and extends to cases in the Supreme and Federal Courts. He also has expertise and experience in Royal Commissions, Boards of Inquiries and other investigations.
