Karan practices in all areas of commercial law. He has particular expertise in regulatory disputes, having acted for both respondents and applicants in a number of significant financial services, competition and trade practices matters.

Before coming to the Bar, Karan was a Senior Associate in the litigation team at King & Wood Mallesons. He was previously an associate to Justice Weinberg of the Victorian Court of Appeal.

Karan read with Paul Liondas S.C. His senior mentor was Suresh Senathirajah KC.
