These members were recently recognised as the leading intellectual property barristers in Victoria 2019.
The senior members of counsel included were Bruce Caine QC, Helen Rofe QC and Neil Young QC. Bruce Caine QC was listed as preeminent, Helen Rofe QC as leading and Neil Young QC was listed as recommended.
The junior members of counsel included were Warwick Rothnie and Kate Beattie. Warwick Rothnie was listed as preeminent and Kate Beattie was listed as leading.
This dual recognition of the rankings in both Victoria and Australia reaffirms the Intellectual Property expertise within the List.
