We are thrilled to welcome Katharine Brown to List A Barristers Pty Ltd.
Katharine focusing primarily on public and commercial law. She is regularly briefed as junior counsel in complex litigation and also appears unled in court, demonstrating versatility and capability in handling significant matters independently.
Before joining Bar, Katharine served as an associate to the Honorable Justice Gageler AC, who is now the Chief Justice of the High Court of Australia. She has also worked at the Victorian Government Solicitor’s Office and the Office of Public Prosecutions, further strengthening her expertise in public law and government-related legal matters.
Katharine holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from Duke University and has lectured in evidence law in the postgraduate programs at both Melbourne and Monash Universities.
