Adam has extensive experience in commercial litigation, insolvency, banking, securities and bribery and corruption matters. He also has a particular interest in class actions and white collar crime.
Prior to coming to the Bar, Adam worked as a solicitor in the litigation group at Corrs Chambers Westgarth. At Corrs, he advised on complex commercial disputes involving corporate governance and shareholder issues, secured lending and personal property security matters.
Adam has advised clients in connection with foreign bribery investigations conducted by the Australian Federal Police, and has acted for corporate clients in recovery proceedings related to employee fraud.
