Luke practises primarily in commercial and public law.

Before coming to the Bar, Luke was as an associate to the Hon Justice Michelle Gordon AC of the High Court of Australia. He has also worked as Counsel Assisting the Solicitor-General for Victoria, Rowena Orr KC, and as a solicitor in the commercial litigation team at Allens.

Luke holds a Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor from the University of Melbourne, and has published articles on constitutional law and public international law.

Luke is reading with Andrew Barraclough and his senior mentor is Frances Gordon KC.
