Michael practises principally in company and commercial law, as well as in regulatory and governance matters.
Prior to re-joining the Bar, Michael served as the Australian Government Solicitor and as Chief Legal Officer of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission. Earlier in his career Michael was a partner of Mallesons Stephen Jaques for approximately 15 years.
