Rachel practises in public and commercial law.
She also has experience in common law proceedings involving novel claims in tort.
Rachel is regularly briefed to advise and to appear in State and Commonwealth courts.
Immediately before coming to the Bar, Rachel worked at the Victorian Government Solicitor’s Office, where she was Special Counsel and for several years managed the public law team. Prior to that, Rachel worked as a solicitor in commercial litigation at Blake Dawson Waldron (now Ashurst) in Sydney, Fried Frank in New York, and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringerin London.
Rachel has been admitted to practice in South Australia, NSW, Victoria, New York and, as a solicitor, in England and Wales.
