Roman practices in all areas of commercial litigation, including class actions, contract, building and construction, insurance, property, consumer law, and professional liability proceedings.
He also has experience in administrative law and judicial review matters.
He has been involved in complex commercial litigation and arbitration in the banking, energy, mining, transport, water and large retail sectors, including multi-party proceedings and disputes involving complex legal and factual issues.
In recent years, Roman has been recognised in the Doyles Guide of “Leading Construction & Infrastructure Junior Counsel in Victoria” (2019-2025) and “Leading Construction & Infrastructure Junior Counsel in Australia” (2021-2025).
Before coming to the Bar, Roman practiced as a Senior Associate at Minter Ellison.
