Simon Frauenfelder

Simon has a broad practice in commercial and public law, with a focus on regulatory proceedings, class actions and insolvency as well as Royal Commissions and inquiries.

Before coming to the Bar, Simon was a Senior Associate at Corrs Chambers Westgarth.  At Corrs, he acted in a broad range of complex litigation matters including class actions, insolvency, constitutional law, consumer protection and product liability as well as regulatory investigations including allegations of foreign bribery.

Simon was also Associate to the Hon Justice Michelle Gordon AC of the High Court of Australia from June 2015 to December 2016.

Simon has also taught in the JD program at Melbourne Law School and the LLB program at the Australian National University.
