Tom practises primarily in commercial law, with an emphasis on regulatory investigations and disputes, class actions, corporations law, financial services litigation and insolvency.

Before coming to the Bar, Tom was an associate to the Honourable Justice Steward at the High Court of Australia and an associate to the Honourable Justice Anastassiou at the Federal Court of Australia. He also practised as a solicitor at Allens, where he acted on a number of complex regulatory investigations and commercial disputes.

Tom graduated with a Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne.

Tom is reading with Kane Loxley and his senior mentor is Penny Neskovcin KC.
