Beatrice practises in commercial, public and taxation law.
Before coming to the Bar, Beatrice was an associate to the Hon Justice Steward at the High Court of Australia, and to the Hon Justice Moore (Co-Judge in Charge of the Trusts, Equity and Probate List) and the Hon Justice Sloss (Commercial Court) at the Supreme Court of Victoria. She also worked at the Victorian Government Solicitor’s Office in the litigation and public law teams.
Beatrice holds a Bachelor of Civil Law from the University of Oxford. She also holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Bachelor of Arts, both with First Class Honours, from Monash University.
She has taught Constitutional Law and Property Law at Monash University.
