Jacqui has a national practice in general commercial and regulatory litigation.
Jacqui has particular experience in regulatory enforcement and civil penalty proceedings, financial services and superannuation law, consumer protection, competition law and mergers, commissions of inquiry and class actions.
Before coming to the Bar, Jacqui was a senior lawyer at the Australian Government Solicitor, an Associate to the Hon Justice Gordon AC at the High Court of Australia and a solicitor at Arnold Bloch Leibler.
While at AGS, Jacqui was one of the solicitors assisting the Royal Commission into Misconduct in the Banking, Superannuation and Financial Services Industry. Jacqui also represented Commonwealth entities in the High Court of Australia and Federal Court of Australia.
