There was a ceremonial sitting of the Supreme Court of Victoria to mark the retirement of The Honourable Justice Habersberger on Wednesday 20 March 2013.
His Honour signed the Victorian Bar Roll in 1973 and was appointed Queen’s Counsel in 1987.
In 1990 Justice Habersberger was a founding Member of Barristers’ Clerking Services Pty Ltd (now List A Barristers Pty Ltd) and remained a Member of the List until July 2001 when he was appointed to the Supreme Court.
The List congratulates His Honour on his retirement from the Bench.
