Andrew Barraclough
Before coming to the Bar, Andrew was a Senior Associate at Allens where he worked in the Competition and Commercial Litigation groups. Previously he worked in the International Arbitration and Competition groups at Clayton Utz, and he has been an intern at the International Chamber of Commerce, a secretary of ICC arbitrations and Deputy Secretary General of the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration. Currently he is a member of the Supreme Court Arbitration List Users Group. He has a First Class Honours Degree in Law from Monash University and a Graduate Diploma in Competition Law from the University of Melbourne.

Siobhan Keating
Immediately prior to coming to the Bar, Siobhan was Special Counsel at Maurice Blackburn in the Employment and Industrial Law team. As Special Counsel, Siobhan had the care and conduct of matters in the Federal Court, Federal Magistrates Court, Supreme Court, the VCAT and Fair Work Australia. Siobhan’s practice area included a wide of range of industrial matters (including all aspects of the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth), industrial action disputes, enterprise bargaining and adverse action claims), employment law, (including executive employment disputes, restraint of trade disputes, contract negotiation and disputes and termination of employment) and discrimination law.

Daniel Snyder
Daniel has seven years’ experience in commercial litigation. Immediately before joining the Bar, Daniel was a Senior Associate at Arnold Bloch Leibler in its Litigation Group. In 2009/10, Daniel was Associate to the Honourable Justice Finkelstein. Daniel completed his articles at Mallesons Stephen Jaques and practised in its Dispute Resolution Group for three years. Daniel obtained Law (Hons) and Commerce degrees from the University of Melbourne. In 2007, Daniel completed the IPA’s ‘Insolvency Education Program’, finishing fifth in Australia.

Robert Williams
Robert practises in general commercial, competition/trade practices, class action and intellectual property litigation in the Federal and State Courts, as well as in commercial arbitration matters. Before coming to the Bar, Robert was a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution group at King & Wood Mallesons. Prior to that, he worked in London as an Associate in the Litigation/Arbitration group at Shearman & Sterling LLP. Robert holds a first class Master of Law degree from the University of Cambridge (with a commercial law specialisation) and a First Class Honours Degree in Law from Bond University.
