The Members and staff of List A congratulate Penny Neskovcin S.C., Daniel Star S.C., and Michael Borsky S.C. on their appointments as Senior Counsel on 22 November 2016.
Penny practises primarily in the areas of corporate and commercial law, bankruptcy and insolvency, trade practices, administrative law and tax and superannuation law. She joined List A in 2014, twelve years after being called to the Victorian Bar.
Dan has been at the Victorian Bar for almost twenty years and practises primarily in administrative law, class actions and commercial litigation, with a focus on competition and consumer law. He joined the List on signing the Bar Roll in 1998.
Michael practises in commercial and public law, specializing in competition and corporations law. He is recognised by his peers as one of Australia’s best litigation lawyers (in the Australian Financial Review Best Lawyers list in 2013, 2014 and 2015). He joined List A when he signed the Bar Roll in 2005.
