Andrew practises in commercial and public law.
Before coming to the Bar, Andrew was an associate to the Honourable Chief Justice Gageler of the High Court of Australia and to the Honourable Justice Moshinsky of the Federal Court of Australia. He was previously a solicitor at Allens practising in commercial litigation, insolvency and corporate law.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Civil Law (with Distinction) from the University of Oxford. He also graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) with First Class Honours as the second-placed student in his cohort, and with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) with First Class Honours and the University Medal. He was an Editor of the Monash University Law Review.
He has taught Evidence and Constitutional Law at Monash University.
