Graeme practises in commercial law.
He is particularly interested in intellectual property matters including patents, trade marks, copyright, designs, plant breeders’ rights, confidential information and misleading or deceptive conduct.
Graeme accepts instructions on matters including contract disputes, corporations and securities, equity and trusts, insurance and re-insurance, intellectual property, and trade practices and consumer protection.
Prior to coming to the Bar in 1984, Graeme was Associate to the Honourable Mr Justice King of the Supreme Court of Victoria from 1981 to 1983.
