Andrew practises in commercial law.  He has substantial experience in a wide range of matters at both trial and appellate level in superior courts and statutory tribunals.  He also accepts briefs in domestic and international commercial arbitration disputes.

Andrew is the President of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a Director and Fellow of the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration, a qualified arbitrator and a nationally-accredited mediator.  He is also the Deputy Chair of the Victorian Bar Arbitration Committee and is a member of the Victorian Bar Ethics Committee.

Andrew practises in all Australian jurisdictions.
