About Joseph

Joseph specialises in corporate and commercial litigation.

He provides sound and strategic advice in complex commercial disputes.

Joseph is briefed in a wide range of commercial matters including banking, contract, corporate and shareholder disputes, equity and trusts, property, mortgages and securities, professional negligence, wills and probate.

He has appeared in many commercial cases in superior courts at trial and appellate level. Joseph is also a nationally-accredited mediator and has conducted mediations in most areas of the law including pre-litigation mediations.

Before joining the Victorian Bar, Joseph worked as Parliamentary Counsel drafting legislation and was an Associate to Sir Daryl Dawson in the High Court of Australia.

Joseph is respected by his colleagues, instructing solicitors and Judges for his preparation of cases, clear and direct advice and fearless representation of clients.

Joseph completed a Master of Law degree at the University of Melbourne.
