Manny has a varied commercial practice.
He has experience in matters relating to banking, partnerships, joint ventures, trade practices, insurance, superannuation, trusts, property law, probate and equity, and professional negligence.
He has conducted in excess of 4,000 mediations, as well as appearing for clients at mediations. Manny has also acted as arbitrator and provided expert determinations to disputing parties and neutral evaluations to litigants.
