Adam has considerable expertise in corporate and personal insolvency. In addition to extensive trial experience, Adam is commercially astute. He provides holistic advice and strives to achieve the best outcomes for his client both in and out of court.
Prior to coming to the bar, Adam was a solicitor and senior associate at Corrs Chambers Westgarth for nine years. He has considerable experience in advising listed companies and their directors on corporate governance, financial distress, fraud, bribery and corruption.
In addition to his commercial expertise, Adam has experience in Royal Commissions and Inquiries, having advised and appeared for Victoria Police at the Royal Commission into the Management of Police Informants and advised in relation to the Royal Commission into Misconduct in the Banking, Superannuation and Financial Serices Industry.
