About Albert

Albert has a general commercial litigation practice in the Supreme and Federal Courts.

He advises on and appears in matters relating to building and construction, contractual disputes, minority shareholder and joint venture issues, family trust disputes and intellectual property. Albert also acts as an expert determiner and mediator.

Albert is a Chartered Arbitrator. He has appeared in commercial arbitrations (both domestic and international) as counsel and as arbitrator. He is also accredited as an advanced mediator.

Albert lectures on International Arbitration at Monash University in its LLM program.
