About Andrew

Andrew practises in commercial law.

His experience includes matters involving competition and consumer law, property, corporations, construction, equity and intellectual property, in State and Federal courts and international arbitrations.

Prior to joining the Bar, Andrew was a Senior Associate at Allens where he worked in the Commercial Litigation and Competition groups.

Qualifications

  • LLB (Hons I); Grad. Dip. Competition Law; BA; Dip. Arts

Andrew has a First Class Honours Degree in Law from Monash University and a Graduate Diploma in Competition Law from the University of Melbourne.

Memberships & Associations

  • Andrew is a member of the Arbitration List Users’ Group, Supreme Court of Victoria and of the drafting committee of the original ACICA Arbitration Rules.
  • He is also the former Secretary of the Asia Pacific Regional Arbitration Group and the Former Deputy Secretary General of the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration.
