About Barnaby

Barnaby practises principally in planning law and environment law. He also has particular expertise in administrative law and property law.

He appears regularly before the Supreme Court of Victoria, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal, Planning Panels Victoria, and the Victorian Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation, on behalf of both private and public sector clients.

Barnaby is a Senior Fellow of the University of Melbourne where he lectures in planning law and environment law.
