Carl Möller SC

About Carl

Carl practises predominantly in commercial law, with a particular emphasis on corporate insolvency.

Before coming to the Bar, Carl was a Senior Associate in the commercial disputes group at Minter Ellison. Prior to that, he spent 3 years working in the corporate group at Clayton Utz.

Carl is a Senior Fellow in the Faculty of Law at the University of Melbourne. He teaches a postgraduate course in corporate insolvency.
