Andrew practises in commercial law.
He has substantial experience in a wide range of matters at both trial and appellate level in superior courts and statutory tribunals. He also accepts briefs in domestic and international commercial arbitration disputes.
Andrew is the immediate past President of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a Fellow of the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration, a qualified arbitrator and a nationally-accredited mediator. He is also a member of the Victorian Bar Ethics Committee.
Andrew practises in all Australian jurisdictions.
