Jonathon practises broadly in commercial law in the superior courts.  He has experience in banking and finance, building, construction and engineering, class actions and representative proceedings, contract disputes, corporations and securities, equity and trusts, insolvency, insurance, trade practices and competition law.

Jonathon also has arbitration experience, both in domestic and international arbitrations.  Previously, Jonathon was an Associate to the Honourable Mr Justice Hansen of the Supreme Court of Victoria, obtained a doctorate and masters degree from The University of Oxford and completed his articles at Phillips Fox.
