Jordan has substantial experience in commercial and administrative law.
He specialises in planning and environment, telecommunications, land access, building and construction and general commercial and administrative law.
For many years Jordan has acted for and advised clients in both the private and government sectors about planning and environment matters (merits and judicial review), utilities regulation, regulatory processes, and general commercial matters.
Immediately prior to joining the Bar, Jordan was a Senior Associate in the Corporate Projects (Utilities, Planning and Environment) team at Ashurst in Melbourne.
