Luke practises primarily in public and commercial law.
Before coming to the Bar, Luke was an associate to the Hon Justice Michelle Gordon AC of the High Court of Australia. He also worked as Counsel Assisting the Solicitor-General for Victoria, then Rowena Orr KC, and as a solicitor in the commercial litigation team at Allens.
Luke holds a Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Arts, both with first class honours, from the University of Melbourne.
Luke read with Andrew Barraclough and his senior mentor is Frances Gordon KC.
