Mark practises in all areas of commercial litigation as well as constitutional and administrative law.  He is currently one of the counsel assisting the Royal Commission into Misconduct in the Banking, Superannuation and Financial Services Industries.

Mark has appeared in courts in all states and has also appeared before various arbitral tribunals.  In addition to his Melbourne chambers, he is a door tenant at Level 33, 400 George Street in Brisbane.

He is a Senior Fellow of the Monash University Faculty of Law and lectures in the LLM program (Corporate Insolvency).

Before coming to the Bar, Mark was a commercial litigation solicitor with Minter Ellison and Arnold Bloch Leibler and an Associate to a Justice of the High Court of Australia.
