Nick has a commercial practice which focuses on building and construction disputes.
He has particular experience in oil, gas, desalination plants, road and rail infrastructure, the construction of pipelines, and in prosecuting and defending delay and disruption claims.
Over the past 20 years Nick has appeared in a number of stop clock arbitrations. He has also provided advice in relation to a number of major projects. He is experienced in alternative dispute resolution including appearing before dispute resolution boards. Nick has also acted in compulsory acquisition matters, acting for both acquiring authorities and dispossessed landowners.
