Peter has a broad commercial practice in trial and appeal cases in State and Territory Supreme Courts as well as the Federal Court.
He also appears regularly in administrative and disciplinary tribunals and in sports-related matters.
Peter accepts instructions on: Government regulation and price setting for the gas and electricity industries; commercial disputes; corporations matters; banking and finance; property and property development; trusts and complex family court matters; corporate and personal insolvency; international and domestic arbitrations; insurance and reinsurance; and professional negligence matters.
Peter is a member of the Victorian and New South Wales Bars.
