Simona has a broad practice at the Bar in commercial, regulatory and public law matters.
She is a former deputy director and senior legal adviser to the Prime Minister.
Before coming to the Bar, Simona was an associate to The Hon Michael Kirby AC CMG; an associate-in-law at Columbia Law School; and a litigation associate at Quinn Emanuel in New York.
Simona also has corporate governance experience, having been a director for not-for-profit boards. She was also previously a senior adviser to the Victorian Attorney-General.
