He regularly advises on and appears in matters in the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal, Planning Panels Victoria, the Supreme Court of Victoria, and the Magistrates’ Court of Victoria. - Suburban Rail Loop East Precincts Standing Advisory Committee: Appearing for the Suburban Rail Loop Authority, led by Christopher Townshend KC, Emily Porter SC and Barnaby Chessell SC, instructed by Clayton Utz and White & Case.
- Distinctive Areas and Landscapes Standing Advisory Committee – Bass Coast Statement of Planning Policy: Appearing for the Minister for Planning, led by Juliet Forsyth SC, and Rupert Watters, instructed by Hall & Wilcox.

Prior to joining the Bar, Tom was a Senior Associate at Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer. Tom holds a Juris Doctor (Hons) from the University of New South Wales, where he was awarded prizes for Contract Law and Environmental Law. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from the University of Sydney, majoring in Archaeology.
