The Members and staff of List A congratulate Carl Moller S.C, Frances Gordon S.C, Albert Dinelli S.C, Mark Costello S.C and Emrys Nekvapil S.C on their appointments as Senior Counsel effective today (3 November 2022).
Carl practises predominantly in commercial law, with a particular emphasis on corporate insolvency.
Frances practices in commercial and public law, with a particular expertise in constitutional and administrative law. She also has significant regulatory law experience (in particular, in competition and consumer law).
Albert has a broad commercial and public law practice. He has appeared in the High Court of Australia in a number of commercial, constitutional, administrative and criminal law matters, and has appeared in numerous cases in intermediate appellate courts.
Mark practises in all areas of commercial litigation as well as constitutional and administrative law. His commercial law experience spans class actions, contract disputes, competition law, corporate insolvency, engineering disputes, professional indemnity claims and regulatory litigation. His public law experience includes a broad range of constitutional and administrative law litigation and advice.
Emrys Nekvapil has a broad trial and appellate practice. He also advises public and private clients on complex and emerging areas of law.
