Dan practises in many areas of civil litigation and he has particular expertise in administrative law, regulatory/pecuniary penalty litigation, commercial disputes, industrial and employment law and class actions.
Dan’s practice is broad and he appears in trials and appeals in the Federal Court and the Supreme Court, as well as in Royal Commissions and Boards of Inquiries. Dan is also briefed to give written advice on issues of statutory construction and other important issues of principle.
