Nick has a broad practice in public and commercial law.  He has appeared on a number of occasions before the High Court, as well as the Federal Court, Supreme Court and the VCAT.

Before coming to the Bar, Nick was Counsel Assisting the Solicitor-General of the Commonwealth from 2008 to 2009.  He also practised as a solicitor in the AGS Office of General Counsel and at Baker & McKenzie. Prior to this, Nick was Associate to Justice Beaumont of the Federal Court.
